“My presidential ambition will be expensive; 15-18 billion. But somebody has to do it. It is worth because I am not doing it just for me but for the people of Kenya,” Mutua stated.
The Governor’s declaration did not go well with the former Chief Justice,Willy Mutunga, who accused him of being arrogant and engaging in “politics of theft”.
“And he poses as alternative political leader! Arrogantly telling us that he will BUY that election.”Mutunga said.
He should tell us how he will get his investment back. Very unintelligent to claim he is doing it for us. Politics has become an industry with theft as profit,” He added.
Mutunga’s tweet went viral with many agreeing with his remarks on the leadership crisis facing the country.
