Why Uhuru’s Bodyguard Killed His Girlfriend In Cold-Blood Before Attempting Suicide

Details have emerged as to why a GSU officer attached to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s escort shot and killed his girlfriend in cold blood on Saturday,September 17th,evening.

According to the Daily Nation the 23-year-old lady had to pay with her life after refusing to marry the lovesick GSU officer.

Ms Anne Wanjohi, who helped her sister to run a cyber café in Nairobi’s city centre, was shot six times while pleading on the phone with the officer’s mother  to reason with her son.

According to a statement recorded at the Central police station, the officer identified as Police Constable Samuel Njoroge is admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital in a critical condition after he tried to kill himself.

“He wanted to talk to her about their relationship because she had wanted to break up with him over the past two weeks,” said Mr Ashford Hinga, Ms Wanjohi’s  workmate.

Ms Wanjohi’s sister, Mary Wangare, revealed further that the officer had threatened Ms Wanjohi in several occasions that he would kill her if she did not agree to marry him.

Wangare said her sister had been turning down the officer’s marriage proposal and kept telling him she was not ready.

Nairobi police commander Japhet Koome ,however,said they are still probing the incident that led the officer commit such a heinous act.
