Renowned political columnist, Prof Makau Mutua, has reiterated his 2013 statement that he does not recognize Uhuru Kenyatta as the elected President of the Republic of Kenya.
“As a matter of freedom of conscience and thought, I can’t accept Uhuru Kenyatta as President of Kenya. I can’t and I won’t.” My views haven’t changed, and won’t change. That’s because I believe the election was compromised and not free or fair.”
