According to Njomo, Ms Nyaiyaki misled majority of the judges by altering forms submitted by IEBC leading to the annulment of President Kenyatta’s win.
“She may have misled the majority Supreme Court judges to nullify the elections by altering the forms,” he stated.
Mr Njomo called on the head of state to look into the matter since attempts by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to probe her have been futile.

He said that Uhuru, pursuant to the Constitution, should establish the commission of inquiry to extensively dig into the matter.
Nyaiyaki was summoned on September by EACC to record statements over the allegations.
Nyaiyaki was required to present to the investigators copies of the report she submitted to the Supreme Court for scrutiny.
She was also required to state her role in the preparation of the report, which Justice Njoki Ndung’u, one of the dissenting judges, noted was contrary to what she presented before the court.
