“We thought we are instilling democracy and entrenching devolution to ensure equity in the distribution of national resources so that no Kenyan is left behind but we have seen miracles where only four people can determine the voice of the people,” he said.

“The citizen has been told that he has no voice but only four people if this is not dictatorship then I don’t no any other name to give it,” he added.

He maintained his stand that if the courts really wanted to know who won the August 8th elections then they should have ordered for a recount of the ballot.

Mr Kenyatta gave an example of developed democracy such as Germany who still use manual systems to conduct their polls yet in Kenya we trust the electronic process .

The Head of State also reaffirmed that he is still the head of state until when the repeat polls shall take place.
