A vocal Jubilee legislator has accused deputy president William Ruto of allegedly sabotaging President Uhuru Kenyatta from delivering his agenda to the country before retiring in 2022.
Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu, on his Facebook, picked a fight with Ruto and his allies for what he calls ‘unnecessary’ debate about 2022 presidential elections.

“Now it seems they have reached a level where they can issue the president with ultimatums. This is unnecessary,” he said.
He added: “It is either you support Uhuru’s agenda or you leave him alone. We can’t allow anyone to intimidate the president.”
It is however not Wambugu’s first time to criticise Ruto’s way of politicking. He was referring to sentiments made by a section of Ruto’s allies, in which they demanded that Uhuru openly declares whether he supports Ruto or not.
