‘Sina Deni Ya Mtu’ Singer FInally Speaks Out

‘Sina Deni Ya mtu’ singer Kimani wa Turacco has spoken for the first time since releasing the controversial vernacular Song.

The musician has blatantly reiterated that he is not in any way regretting his artistic work, which has sparked an uproar in the Jubilee Party circles.

“I have no regrets over the #WachaKieleweke song,” the musician has told a Kikuyu station on Monday afternoon.

The song sparked jitters with a section of politicians aligned to Deputy President William Ruto terming it hate speech which could potentially stroke ethnic division in Kenya.

The song which has since gone viral online alludes to a political deal between members of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Kikuyu community and his deputy Ruto over the 2022 presidency.

Meanwhile, DP Ruto has trashed the song saying that no one owes him anything, he disclosed Sunday night that given the ticket by Jubilee, he would then run for presidency. He maintained that there was no deal between him and Uhuru Kenyatta over 2022.
