Suba South Member of Parliament and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Chairman John Mbadi revealed on Thursday,November 2, that the National Super Alliance (NASA) has no plans to challenge President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win at the Supreme Court.

Speaking to the press,Mbadi said moving to the Apex court will not be beneficial for NASA,as compared to pushing for electoral reforms and having a free, fair and credible election.
‘’Even if you get that prayer and have the elections annulled nothing is going to be different with the same electoral commission officials still in office.’’Mbadi said.
According to Mbadi,NASA has in plan a different option to explore and will be using the newly-formed National Resistance Movement(NRM).
‘’The People’s Assembly will start a serious discussion on how the party can have the government to listen to our plea.’’Mbadi added.
