Benson Masubo, alias Wazir Chacha is the talk of the town after he allegedly solicited money from legislators and CSs disguised as a female legislator.
He was able to defraud several senior State officials including the National assembly speaker Justin Muturi, former Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo and Cabinet secretaries Eugine Wamalwa,Sicily Karuki among others.

It so happens that Chacha is the son of former Kehancha Mayor Chacha Masubo whom he had spent night with before travelling to Tanzania in attempt to escape arrest.
At a young age of 25 years,Chacha is not a poor guy by any standards. According to probe done by EACC, he has a Toyota V8, Toyota Lexus, Chrysler 1540, 10 prime plots and apartment in Nairobi, club and hotel in Nairobi, resort in Mombasa, fashion house and executive mansion in Nairobi written in his name.
He is also under investigation by EACC for allegedly swindling money from NYS when he was working as a Ministry of Devolution employee under Kirinyaga County Governor Anne Waiguru.
According to preliminary report by the police, he is suspected to be an administrator of a channel in social platform Telegram, where nude pictures are shared and has a connection to bloggers whom he is alleged to have shared video recordings of his clandestine intimacy with certain female MPs.
A Nairobi Court ordered his detention for four days to allow investigations to be completed.
