Police HQ has apparently demanded to also know why they advocated for sick people to attend the crusade instead of seeking professional medical attention.
In the video, the armed police officers are seen encouraging passersby to show up at Owuor’s crusade with all manner of diseases including cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure among others, for healing.
Similarly, on Sunday, the self-proclaimed prophet was accompanied by a contingent of plain-clothed officers who threw a human ring around his motorcade and armed police officers complete with body armor.

Reports also indicate that Owuor demanded for at least 4,000 police officers to offer security but was only provided with 300 officers.
