Details have emerged that police have been heavily deployed outside the home of Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati in Kileleshwa, Nairobi.
According to the Daily Nation,4 officers, in a Subaru, camped at the residence located on Tebere Crescent off Kangundo Road since midnight while 3 others, in an armored vehicle, arrived at around 6.30am.

Mr Arati, a staunch supporter of the National Super Alliance (Nasa), told the Nation that the officers were searching all vehicles entering and leaving his residence.
“They can see my cars inside and so they know I’m inside,” said Mr Arati.
The MP said he does not understand the reasoning behind the siege but alluded it to his his role in the organisation of the Nasa rally set to take place at Jacaranda grounds.

Confirming the reports,ODM director of communications,Philip Etale, took to social media to condemn the disgusting act and exuded unwavering confidence.
