Details have emerged that a pistol that was used to shoot Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu’s driver on October 24th along Ngong road has been recovered in Dandora slums.
According to The Star,two suspects have also been apprehended and positively identified.

Police have also recovered a bag that was stolen from the driver during the incident and a second pistol in their possession.
Constable Titus Musyoka was shot three times at about 5 pm near Marsabit Plaza.
Mwilu was not in the vehicle as the driver had dropped her at her home in Karen and was heading to his residence.
Police arrested two men in connection with the crime,two days after the shooting, but they were later released for lack of evidence.

The two suspects, aged between 18 and 22, were arrested from a house in Kawangware by DCI officers.
