Details are scanty and the team working on the swearing-in has not commented but indicated it will brief Odinga on Wednesday.
Raila himself remained coy on the matter.
“We are going ahead with the swearing-in, as planned,” former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama told the Star.
It is understood, however, that a faction within the coalition does not support the swearing-in stunt as they believe it would be too confrontational.
They plan to raise their concerns on Wednesday when the swearing-in plan will be unveiled.
