Nasa leader Raila Odinga has finally made his long awaited ‘big announcement’ today at Uhuru Park in the capital Nairobi.In his address,Raila gave instructions to his supporters on the way forward following IEBC’s adamant stand to proceed with the repeat poll.
Mr Odinga started by announcing the transformation of National Super Alliance (Nasa) from a political coalition to “a resistance movement”.

The opposition leader, who withdrew from the repeat election, asked his supporters to assemble and hold peaceful prayers away from polling stations or stay at home altogether as other Kenyans participate in what he termed as a “sham presidential election”.
“Do not participate in any way in the sham elections,” he declared.
He cautioned his supporters not to stage street demos tomorrow, warning that the government has given the police a “shoot-to-kill” order.
“We are aware that the blood-thirsty regime is using every chance to massacre our people,” he said.
