Controversial political analyst Prof Mutahi Ngunyi has come up with interesting predictions on NASA leader Raila Odinga’s possible next move that will involve Supreme court Chief Justice David Maraga.
According to the Professor, the repeat poll is set to be declared null and void, after which, the NASA coalition is set to go back to Supreme court on 1st November to challenge the legitimacy of Kenyatta’s presidency.

Ngunyi claims that Mr Odinga will now argue that President Kenyatta’s term in office has expired and push for a caretaker Government to be installed.
“1st NOVEMBER, NASA goes to MARAGA arguing Uhuru’s mandate expired on Oct 31st.Caretaker President is installed by MARAGA. And Coup continues,” Ngunyi wrote.
He also noted that Jubilee administrations did not anticipate what was to come after CJ David Maraga revoked Uhuru’s win and warned them against celebrating Raila’s withdrawal decision.
“Jubilee DID NOT see the MARAGA Scheme. They SHOULD not CELEBRATE before they UNDERSTAND the Raila WITHDRAWAL Scheme. It is UGLY!,” read Ngunyi’s post.
In a quick rejoinder,President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto maintained the October 26 presidential repeat election will go on whether Mr Odinga participates or not.
