Speaking to the press,Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet yesterday said six people have recorded statements.

The inspector general, who did not disclose the identities of those questioned, said police were also after four other people described as “persons of interests”. He didn’t reveal the identities of those questioned or the four individuals whom the police were pursuing.
According to The Star,however, four people that the police intend to question is a woman representative and an MP from Central Kenya who were among the first people to arrive at the scene where Msando’s car was found.
A postmortem exam on the body of the 21-year-old college graduate,Carol Ngumbu,revealed that she may have been strangled with a rope since there were visible body injures on her neck.
Unlike Msando, Carol’s family did not hire a private pathologist.
