Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP) Moses Kuria has taken a dig at the National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders ahead of Raila Odinga’s highly anticipated swearing in.
The controversial legislator claimed that NASA leaders are planning to swear in the Opposition leader at the Jacaranda grounds in Embakasi, Nairobi.

“Don’t be fooled. They will swear in Raila in Embakasi. Then he will say it was the people’s decision not his,” the controversial legislator said.
He however argued that the exercise would be tantamount to treason and shared an article to support his argument;
Earlier on, Tuesday last week,Raila Odinga declared he would be sworn-in on December 12th,which also happens to be Kenya’s 54th independence day celebration.

“I am not a coward, I will be sworn as president on Jamhuri Day, I am the legitimate president,” said Raila as quoted by the media.
He also maintained that he did not recognize the August 8 and October 26, 2017 polls conducted by IEBC, insisting they were a sham.
Though details of the swearing-in are still scanty, it’s reported that preparation for the ceremony are at a latter stages.
