NASA leader Raila Odinga is destroying himself piece by piece, this is at least according to renown political scientist Prof Mutahi Ngunyi.
Through his Twitter handle on Sunday, the controversial analyst added: “In his blindness, Raila is destroying himself one piece at a time. One lie after another.”
His tweet came after the ODM leader asked his supporters to boycott work on Monday ahead of a key announcement on Tuesday. Raila swore not to allow President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta to get away with what he termed as “another stolen victory”.
Mutahi’s sentiments was accepted and resented in equal measure by Kenyans on Twitter with some asking him to stop tweeting opinions that could have negative implications.
James Omae replied: “Talk about Uhuru and let Raila be. You must understand that over 6million of us voted for him and we are still healing out of his loss.”
‘Alex Kiarie’ wrote: “Just unfollow him. If you dont want to see blood why visit the slaughterhouse.”
‘@AlexAreba’ noted :”you shud be arrested for malicious talk that is threatening national cohesion. Raila represents 50% of Kenyans..”
But other users came to Mutahi’s defense,here is what they wrote;
“Let the “Prof” speak for himself. “He is of age”!,” said @Waluwande.
‘@Apollobio’ added ,”This time we got them(Mutahi).”
@Nujunajamz said,“Great men don’t use the children of the poor to destroy their country.”
Raila has said he will not run for president again but that the world will know what happened.
