In a secret strategy plan leaked to The Standard,Jubilee thinks that interfering with the ceremony will give Mr Odinga the impression that he is President Kenyatta’s equal.

“There are many presidents of many associations in Kenya – including the children’s parliament, Team Mafisi, boy child, etc. There is nothing wrong with Raila swearing himself as President of an association,” says the plan which was crafted on Wednesday at the Jubilee Party headquarters.

It is said at least 30 MPs,12 governors and top Jubilee political strategists attended the closed-door meeting whose recommendations have been subm President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.

As part of the 7-point plan, Jubilee will from tomorrow deploy its ‘keyboard warriors’ and Social media bloggers fault  the swearing-in ceremony by making it look like an exercise in futility.

The ruling Party also intends to capitalize on the absence of NASA deputy leader Kalonzo Musyoka who is in Germany for known reasons.
Political analyst Gabriel Muthuma, who appears on several TV shows , has also been called on to write an article on the historical perspective of devolution.

The seven-point strategy plan is to be rolled out soon
It will be interesting to watch to see how the plan will pan out since the State,in the past, has been known to use brute force in scattering opposition rallies.
