It’s a dark day for media mogul SK Macharia and his family. He lost his son John Macharia in a grisly road accident this morning at the Southern bypass.
Emerging reports indicate John Macharia was in the company of a female passenger,who police identified as Tracy Macharia.

Tracy is a senior marketing manager at just the age of 28 years and according to a family friend ,she was John’s girlfriend.
The family friend,who spoke out in anonymity,was among the first Kenyans to share the details of the accident shortly after it happened;
“Kamanga and i were called to an emergency last night shortly after 10 pm as our friends’ daughter was involved in a bad car accident along the southern bypass with her boyfriend. sadly john macharia (sk macharia’s son) didn’t make it. the doctors tried everything. john hasn’t buckled in.
very sad to see his mother and dad break down like that,” read a WhatsApp message seen by kenyanwiki.

Fortunately,Tracy survived the tragic accident but sustained serious head injuries.
She is currently recuperating at Karen hospital,but the boyfriend could not make it
