However,Mr Khalwale demanded the 3 commissioners to tell Kenyans who killed their colleague,Chris Msando, now that they have left the agency.

“Dear IEBC commissioners, thank you for your resignation. Actually it is good riddance. Our only and collective regret is that you blew up the 2017 general elections, allowing computers (but not voters) to decide the ‘winners’. Now tell us who killed Chris Misango!” the outspoken former Ikolomani MP said on his Twitter account.

Msando who worked as IEBC Information Technology chief disappeared for one week before his body was found at the City mortuary on July 31,2017.

He is said to have been kidnapped by unknown people before his official Range Rover car was recovered at the Thika Road Shopping Mall.

His death elicited mixed reactions as Kenyans asked if the IEBC would have the capacity to conduct a free and fair election with the killing of the IT expert who had assured Kenyans that the technology used by the electoral agency would not be compromised .

Police are yet to arrest anyone in connection with his death.
