Ndii was at Leopard Beach Hotel in Kwale at the time of his arrest and reports have it he was being held at Diani Police Station.
However, in a statement issued to the press, NASA chief Raila Odinga’s advisor Salim Lone said the family do not know his whereabouts as they could not find him at the Police Station.
“The family was told that he had been taken to Diani Beach Police Station but when they went there they were told he was not there nor did they know where he was. No reason was given for his arrest,” he said.
