Kalonzo Reveals Man who First Named him Watermelon

NASA deputy-leader Kalonzo Musyoka has finally revealed to Kenyans the first man who gave him the ‘watermelon’ tag.

Speaking during the ODM National Governance Council Meeting on Friday, Kalonzo stated that he was given the name by NASA leader Raila Odinga.

To many people’s surprise,he indicated that he is used to the name and even enjoys it.

“I am beginning to like this watermelon thing. In fact, it is a beautiful fruit.

“Let me tell you the truth today. The one who gave me the watermelon tag is Raila Odinga,” said Musyoka amidst bursts of cheers from ODM politicians present.

He further joked that ODM might change its party symbol from an orange to a watermelon.

During his speech, the Wiper Party leader reiterated that NASA was firmly intact ad that the fight between the affiliate parties in NASA was a mere ‘sibling rivalry’.
