Jubilee Rejects NASA Crucial demand in Unity Deal

The Jubilee Party, led by National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has ruled out any possibilities of the pact between President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga resulting to the address of the opposition’s push for electoral justice.

The Opposition Alliance  has been pushing for the same, citing recurrent election rigging, poll malpractice and miscoducts, an issue which Mr Duale now states that the ruling Party will not be engaged in.

He further adds that Jubilee party will as well not take part in attempts to restructure the national executive system in whichever manner, an amendment the opposition has also been advocating for.

“Talks between President @UKenyatta and The Right Hon. @RailaOdinga will not revolve around the push for electoral justice and restructuring of the country’s governance,” he tweeted Thursday.

NASA has been pushing for the introduction of a bigger and more inclusive executive, in a bid to cub the ‘winner takes it all‘ attitude.
