Voicing his displeasure through a Tweet, the former CJ ,seemingly vexed by the way Dr Ndii was handled by law enforcers, was of the opinion that the formation of such a commission is a necessity and that he would be the right man for the job of heading it.

Mr Ndii was arrested by 7 police officers from the Special Crimes Prevention Unit and the Flying Squad, in Kwale on Sunday evening.

He was then taken to Diani Police Station and later driven to Nairobi where he was interrogated at the DCI Head Quarters for close to nine hours.
