Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has for the first time talked about his loss in details and revealed who he believes contributed to his failure in the just concluded elections.
While speaking to elected members of his Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party,Isaac Ruto accused police officers of being used to temper with the election exercise in the County.

Ruto alleged that some of his agents were apprehended the night before election and placed in custody to ensure they did not supervise the voting process.
He claimed that the commission used the police to accuse his agents of bribery, allegations which he refuted.
However,he maintained that he would not be challenging the win of Joyce Laboso but would keep a close eye on how the her administration will deliver to the people of bomet.

He also noted that there was no bad blood between him and Laboso was ready to work with her to ensure kazi inaendelea.
“I will work in harmony with her and I’m appealing to her to do more progress from where I left so that our people can continue enjoying services they deserve,” Ruto urged.
