One of the most respected London media house, The Economist,has made unsubstantiated claims about NASA presidential Raila Odinga ahead of his two-day trip in UK.
According to the London-based media ,The NASA leader is planning to use violence to force his way to power.
On Wednesday,The Economist published an article that questioned the former premier’s strategies to ascend to power.
This scathing article comes after the former Prime Minister pulled out of the October 26th poll race.
His trips, according to the article, is a move aimed at garnering the support of the international community on his dramatic withdrawal.
“Raila Odinga takes a gamble by threatening to boycott Kenya’s election– quotes that Odinga’s decision to withdraw from the repeat polls depended on threats of violence that he hopes his supporters will engage in to stop the repeat polls.
By walking away, Mr Odinga seems to be gambling on his ability to threaten chaos to push Mr Kenyatta to negotiate”,reads a section of the article.
The article angered many NASA supporters who ganged up on social media to attack media house.
