The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) official DR Roselyn Akombe has finally broken her silence after alleged Whats App messages linked her to love affair with one of the National Super Alliance (NASA) politicians. DR Akombe came out to distance herself from screenshots that allegedly captured an intimate conversation between herself and an unidentified NASA leader.

In a statement through the IEBC on Sunday evening, Akombe said that the screenshots had been falsely created with the intention of tainting her credibility.
“It has been brought to my attention that screenshot conversations supposedly between myself and political elements are being circulated on social media,”read the statement in part.
“I believe this is part of an elaborate attempt to frustrate the work of the IEBC by smearing Commissioners to negatively impact our preparations for the fresh presidential election,” Akombe added.

The screenshots have been circulating on social media,creating a false impression that Akombe is the inside mole who has been leaking sensitive IEBC information to NASA by virtue of being involved in a romantic affair with a NASA insider.
