The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) want Kandara MP Alice Wahome (pictured above) prosecuted for committing an electoral offense.
In a statement posted on its official Twitter handle, the electoral agency said the MP harassed its official, who was performing his duties.

Speaking to the Daliy Nation on Friday,Returning Officer Mr Martin Malonza said that the MP accused him of rushing to take the results to the IEBC headquarters in Nairobi “without her input”.
Mr Malonza said the MP Alice harassed him outside Ng’araria Girls Secondary School tallying centre when he was about to take the results to the national tallying centre at the Bomas of Kenya,Nairobi.
However, when contacted, Ms Wahome denied there was confrontation, explaining she merely wanted to verify the results of Jubilee’s Presindential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta.

Kandara police chief Gregory Mutiso said they will commence investigations once Mr Malonza files a complaint.
