The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) submitted forged documents to the Supreme Court in response to Raila’s petition, NASA’s head of strategy team Dr.David Ndii has claimed.
The controversial economist,who came up with the secession debate, made the allegations on his twitter handle, days after he disclosed on NTV NASA’s plan to go the mass action way in case the Supreme court doesn’t rule in their favour.

According to Ndii, the documents IEBC submitted were from River Road since,i quote;
“..they did not have contractual security specifications provided by Al Ghurair suggesting that the Forms were locally and fraudulently generated.A bar code analysis of the Forms supposed to indicate the respective constituencies startlingly discloses the same as belonging to restaurants…. ”

The hearing of the petition will begin today at a pre-trial conference before the seven Supreme Court Judges led by Chief Justice David Maraga.
