Mombasa County Governor Ali Hassan Joho is mourning the death of Zul Harunani of Shehnai Restaurant.

The deceased died on Wednesday,January 10th, with Governor Joho describing him as a major player in tourism and hotel industry.
In his condolence message posted on Twitter, the Governor said,i quote:

Tourism Cabinet Secretary Najib Balala also took time to express his grieve over Mr Zul’s demise,saying that he was more like a brother to him since they had known each other for quite a while now;
“To Allah we belong, and to Him we will return. Zul Harunani of Shehnai Restaurant, passed away earlier this afternoon. I have known Zul since my early 20s when I joined the tourism industry. He was like an older brother to me. We will miss him dearly, Rest In Peace Zul.”Wrote Balala on Twitter.
