Things are not looking good for IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba after Six Siaya ODM legislators have vowed to physically whisk him out of his office on Monday if he has not resigned.
Lead by Alego-Usonga MP Samuel Atandi, they said it will be better if the weary-looking CEO avoided the confrontation by starting to pack early.

“He has only two days from now to pack his belongings from that office”,Atindi said as quoted by The Star Newspaper.
IEBC Chairman,Wafula Chebukati,however,indicated after the Naivasha retreat that Chiloba will stay and be responsible for the upcoming October 17th repeat polls.
During an interview on NTV with Larry MadowoChiloba defended vowed not to resign and maintained the IEBC did its best to ensure t he August elections were transparent and accountable.He equivocally stated that the IEBC servers were not hacked.
Atandi said the level of impunity in the country has reached unimaginable levels. Having people like Chiloba in office is an impediment to a free and fair elections.

Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi said Kenya is in a revolutionary phase and people like Chiloba will be dealt with accordingly.
