Dp Ruto Issues Controversial Response On NASA’s Call To Boycott Certain Products

Deputy President William Ruto has responded on NASA’s urgent call to its supporters to boycott products from Safaricom, Bidco and BrookSide companies.

In messages posted on his official Twitter handle,DP Ruto has claimed that the opposition coalition is simply seeking for bribes from companies in order to avoid being blacklisted by them.

“That companies have to “donate” to supremo to avoid listing in the brazen & bizarre extortion racket- styled” economic boycott “? Criminal!” tweeted DP Ruto.

The fiery Deputy President called on Bidco to ignore NASA’s call and continue with their expansion programme set in the regions of Sh20 billion.

“As GoK we advise Bidco to reject extortion and continue its ksh 20B expansion programme that will increase to 12500 Kenyans working there. We ask all companies to continue to partner with Kenyans, pay taxes ONLY to KRA and reject the extortion scheme-styled “e-boycott” Advised DP Ruto

NASA’s call to boycott certain products has been speculated by Jubilee as a larger scheme to promote alternative products for financial gains.

The DP also thought so and labelled NASA’s boycott plan as an extortion scheme;

Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen also joined the conversation by claiming that NASA were just broke and looking for coercive means of making money;
