Lawyer Jackson Awele, who was among Raila Odinga’s legal team that represented him in his Presidential petition at the Supreme court, has come out and narrated how he mysteriously lost vital data during the hearings.
The Lawyer said he lost a black laptop bag that contained sensitive documents between the 28th and 1st September during the petition, even though he remained coy when asked by Nairobi News whether the crucial documents were linked to Raila’s Presidential petition.

Through his Facebook timeline,Mr Awele insisted how he badly needs the documents and has even offered to reward whoever finds the bags with the contents intact.
“I lost a computer bag at the Supreme Court between the 28th and the 1st of September. I am offering a generous monetary reward (5 figure) for anyone with it and an even more generous monetary reward to whoever can find its contents or provide information leading to the recovery of its contents, with or without the bag,” read his post.
Awele narrates that he was among the lawyers who went to the Milimani Courts where auditing of forms 34A and 34B was being undertaken. He, however, left some of his documents with his assistant.
