Kenya Police spokesperson Charles Owino has been promoted once again.
Charles Owino will be the new director of communication services in the National Police Service.
Owino, was among seven senior officers promoted last year to the rank of assistant inspector general.

He has now taken over from George Kinoti, who succeeded Ndegwa Muhoro as director of criminal investigations.
Maxwell Agoro from Kenya Police will take over from Owino.
Owino has been in the forefront of defending the service in times of trouble and is on record saying corruption is not an isolated problem among traffic officers.
In Kenya, he noted, graft is a societal problem that has permeated almost all institutions and cannot be taken as an issue affecting a particular organisation or department.
