Ahmednasir on Lawyer seeking to remove Maraga from Office

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s legal counsel, Ahmednasir Abdullahi, has shared details little known to the public about the lawyer who filed a petition at the National Assembly seeking the removal of Chief Justice David Maraga and his deputy,Philomena Mwilu from office.

Divulging the details on Twitter after going through the petition,Lawyer Ahmednasir claimed that Mr Njenga is not a lawyer but a ‘busybody’ who litigates every now and then in Court.
He further claimed Mr Njenga impersonates himself as the Chairperson of Information & Communications Technology (ICT) of Kenya.

In his petition, Lawyer Njenga wants the National Assembly to initiate the removal of CJ Maraga, DCJ Mwilu, and five JSC members for gross misconduct.

He argues that the lot is unfit to hold the office as JSC members and should be removed for being partisan and violating the Constitution.
